motivation - learn to motivate your self

Sign in with self-motivation at the material success of your tasks.
Do not waste your time by unmotivated to approach a task and achieve only moderate success.

Every day we face the daily tasks with which we have no desire, but they still have to do.
You may have already noticed that the success of a task often depends largely on how useful you think the task.
Often it is the lack of motivation for a cause that makes the work so unpleasant and ineffective, so I would like to point out here how you learn to motivate themselves and derive your greatest possible advantage.

Recognize the emotional sense!

Always understand the emotional meaning, which is behind your job!

The following case: You want to clean up your apartment. The "goal" would be clear to your home would then ordinary. However, this is rarely enough incentive to do it too!

Discover but the emotional meaning behind it, so it is on the same: "If it's clean here, I just feel more comfortable."
Think calm thoughts on this and support this. "If it's clean here, I just feel much better - I can also sleep a lot better then what effect immediately on my whole day."

To these new positive thoughts in your head and become sustainable, ask yourself a few vivid images on this.
For example, as you sit in your clean, tidy apartment in your favorite place to sit back and happy with yourself and your work and relax.

Set a specific goal

A clear, concrete goal is the basis of the content to be learned.
Put a first main objective. In our example, this would be: cleaning house

Now you divide your main goal into several milestones: kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, clean room.
If you know the goals should still be too much, feel free to cut this in other smaller milestones.

For example: Clean kitchen

  • Washing dishes
  • Laundry make
  • Oven clean

Right Pause

Fact: People have a tendency to insert longer pauses as always would be necessary.
We feel that this thoughtful, first, at least we do something good with it and gather new strength. No way!
Assuming you have now cleaned your kitchen. About 45 minutes to do so needed and now it was time to go on hiatus.
This would be the absolute killer of motivation and I want to explain why:

  • There will be more difficult after a pause themselves be persuaded to resume work
  • Your body had just become accustomed to the stress and reacts accordingly. (Blood flow to the muscles, increase oxygen intake, etc.) Now you have to start at 0. This weakening of its own force, consciously or subconsciously, you realize - in any case, it can be your motivation in a very short time in the basement sink.

Please contact your breaks better on the following criteria:

* Subject to work
(Pause after 45 minutes when you learn is reasonable. Work, however, "light" physical, so you should not think 1 ½ hours on a break.
* Take your breaks after one stage goal: to read a chapter to clean a room, etc.)

Motivations prevent disorders:

An important thing is, things that prevent you from your goal is as simple as possible, reach out to do. For example, this can be a cluttered workplace, an appointment that you fear to miss or just a movie that you want the evening to see absolutely.

Eleminieren First, all disturbing!

Clean up your desk to move you to your appointment, you take on the film.

Emotional disturbances are the kind of motivation, you try to win first refrain. Do this, use relaxation techniques or the content described here also to auto-suggestion / NLP.

In summary, then, are the most important rules for successful motivation:

  • Recognize the emotional sense!
  • Visualize your goal, imagine how it looks done and how you feel!
  • Set a specific goal!
  • Divide your goal into milestones!
  • Enjoy your "right" set breaks!
  • Avoid disturbances Motivations!
